What is Sugarlac Farm - Mixer?
Sugarlac Farm-Mixer is the only product available within the U.K where most
of the energy is derived from the milk sugar Lactose. Lactose is a unique sugar
that can significantly improve the overall performance and efficiency of your
dairy cows. Manufactured via a unique procedure it has been fed on numerous farms
across the country with tremendous success.
How does Sugarlac Farm-Mixer work?
Sugarlac Farm-mixer works by providing a concentrated source of lactose to
your dairy cows. This is a unique sugar since it has got a much slower and more
controlled fermentation within the rumen compared to any other starch or sugar.
This enables the rumen microbes to utilize the protein within forages far more
efficiently, thus having a profound effect on the overall efficiency and performance
of your cow as demonstrated by numerous trials at research institutions.

What sort of a response should I expect?
Responses vary from improved forage intakes to improved yield and protein
percentage.
How much do I Feed?
Levels of feeding can vary from 1-3 kgs per cow per day with the optimum level
being 2 kgs per day.
What is its availability?
Sugarlac Farm-Mixer is available in minimum 15 tonne bulk tipped loads or
alternatively in 25 kg bags.
How should I store it?
Deliveries in bulk should be tipped in a clean area and protected from contamination
and rainfall by covering with a weighted down polythene sheet. The product should
be consumed within 60 days of delivery.
